What Can You Expect?

People (and their struggles) are unique, so no single treatment approach can be effective for everyone.  By integrating components of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, clients are supported in cultivating healthy coping strategies aimed at changing problematic patterns of thoughts and behaviors.

Frequency and duration of sessions depends on the intensity of needs.  Typically, one 50 minute session per week or every two weeks is an appropriate level of intervention.  Sessions are a collaborative process involving problem identification and ongoing efforts to resolve those problems.  No long-lasting changes occur without effort, so be prepared to be challenged and encouraged toward the life you want to have.  There will often be therapeutic assignments to be completed between session.

How Much Will It Cost?

The standard rate for a 50-minute session is $125.  We currently accept Regence Blue Shield and First Choice Health. For other providers, you may be able to use out-of-network benefits.  Receipts can be provided if you wish to independently seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.
