- Understand their role in the ‘cycle of collusion’ associated with frustrating communication
- Identify and learn to minimize ‘the four horsemen’ of destructive communication
- Demonstrate the ability to create mutual purpose in communication exercises
- Identify personal and systemic obstacles to effective communication
- Create individual communication improvement plans
- Create team/organization communication improvement plans
