Nutrition for Mental Health

On Wednesday, June 10th, 2020 join us for a two-hour workshop exploring the impact of nutrition on mental health.  We will identify practical strategies for applying meaningful dietary changes to better manage emotional distress.

The workshop will be held at Vibe Coworks in Poulsbo.

Workshop facilitator, Dr. Matt Poinsett, earned his Ph.D. in clinical psychology, is a licensed mental health counselor and is a certified mental health integrative medicine provider.

  • Improve mood and behavior  using micro and macronutrients
